Apperley Ever After Luxury Bridal Artistry

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how they are handled. By booking with Apperley Ever After Luxury Bridal Artistry, you agree to the following terms.
1. Booking Fees / Deposits
1.1 Non-Refundable Booking Fee
All booking fees are strictly non-refundable.
This fee secures your date, covers administrative time, and prevents other clients from booking the same slot.
1.2 Non-Transferable Booking Fee
Booking fees cannot be moved to a new date unless approved at our discretion and subject to availability.
2. Wedding Day Bookings
2.1 Refunds on Cancelled Weddings
If you cancel your wedding booking:

12+ weeks before the wedding:
Only the booking fee is retained. No further payment is due. -
Under 12 weeks before the wedding:
The full remaining balance must still be paid as we are unlikely to replace the booking.
2.2 Reducing Numbers
If bridal party members drop out:

Before 12 weeks: Adjustments can be made.

Under 12 weeks: The full original booking amount still applies.
This helps protect the business from last-minute income loss.
3. Trials
3.1 Trial Payments
Trial payments are non-refundable once the service has been completed, as the time and products have been used.
3.2 Trial Refunds
No refunds are issued if you decide not to proceed with the wedding booking after your trial.
4. Gift Vouchers / Offers / Packages

All vouchers, offers, and promotional packages are non-refundable.

Expiry dates are final and cannot be extended.
5. Cancellations by the Artist
5.1 Artist Cancellation
If we must cancel due to genuine emergency, illness, or circumstances outside our control:

We will make every effort to find a qualified replacement.

If no replacement is available, a full refund of all monies paid (including the booking fee) will be issued.
This is the only circumstance in which the booking fee is refundable.
5.2 No Further Compensation
We are not liable for any additional costs, losses, or consequential damages.
6. Rescheduling
6.1 Client Rescheduling
If you request to move your wedding date:

New dates are offered subject to availability.

A new booking fee may be required if the original date cannot be filled or the new date is in a peak period.
6.2 Artist Rescheduling
If we request a date change (rare), you may choose:

A full refund, or
-
Transfer to a new date (subject to availability)
7. Refund Processing

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 14 working days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
8. Digital and Online Services (if applicable)
Digital materials, online consultations, and downloadable content are non-refundable as they cannot be returned.
9. Client No-Shows & Lateness
9.1 No-Shows
If you fail to attend a trial appointment or are not present when the artist arrives, the payment is not refundable.
9.2 Lateness
If lateness prevents completion of services, no refund is provided.
10. Force Majeure
No refunds are issued for events outside our control, including but not limited to:

Extreme weather

Government restrictions
-
Illness (except your artist’s illness — see Section 5)

Travel disruptions
-
Emergencies or natural disasters
We will work with you to discuss options, but refunds are not guaranteed.
